The Evolution of Agile: From the Manifesto to Today’s Hybrid Frameworks

Artificial intelligence and automation are increasingly being integrated into Agile workflows, improving efficiency in backlog management, testing, and continuous delivery. These technological advancements are shaping the next phase of Agile, where speed, adaptability, and automation play a greater role.
